2 cups of carrots - boiled and pureed
2 tablespoons garlic - minced
2 cups unbleached flour ( or rice flour, rye flour)
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
Combine carrots, egg and garlic. Mix until smooth. Add in all dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll out on a floured surface and cut into bars (I use cookie cutters) Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or to desire crunchiesness! The centers will continue to harden as they cool.
